GSF has the ability to hot pack, cold pack, portion pack, can and retort a variety of sauces, soup bases, chilies and dressings. Our process is governed by a USDA/FDA approved HACCP Plan.
HACCP stands for Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point and is the modern cornerstone of all proper and efficient food safety programs.
